The alleged Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro, codenamed M1901F7BE, has received the 3C certification that confirms the presence of an MDY-08-ES loader with support for fast charging up to 18W.
Redmi has become a brand independent of Xiaomi for less than a month, a spin-off of the Chinese company led by the new president Lu Weibing, who has chosen to present a smartphone with the new brand, official for a few weeks as Redmi Note 7.
Waiting for the first information on the global version of this device, Redmi would be ready to formalize another model, at least according to a teaser – unofficial – published on the pages of the Chinese social Weibo. Redmi X, this code name shown in the image a little lower, had already been previously associated with the same Redmi Note 7, a clue that could lead to the presentation of the Pro model, already planned by the company but not yet formalized.
This Pro variant should be characterized by a fingerprint sensor integrated into the display, a more powerful processor, perhaps a Snapdragon 710, and a 48MP rear camera associated with a Sony IMX 586, instead of the Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 present on the current Redmi Note 7.
Regarding the possible launch date, the teaser refers to February 15, however, we will have to wait for further confirmation on this model, as the president of Xiaomi has already confirmed indirectly, which will also reach a top of the range under the Redmi brand, equipped with the latest Qualcomm SoC, SnapDragon 855.
